Supporting Our Customers During Coronavirus Outbreak –

As COVID-19 continues to spread, we wanted to reach out to you and let you know what we’re doing to support you and be helpful during these tough times. We know you’re likely working remotely yourself, reaching out to your clients, discussing their concerns, updating their sites or simply lending a helping hand.

What are we doing to help out

We understand that cash flow is a pressing issue for many of you right now. As you stay on top of things, we want to ease the pressure in your day and help you deliver for your clients.

That is why we decided that for March and April of 2020, all ManageWP premium add-ons are free.

Yup. You heard us correctly. No matter how many websites or add-ons you have:

ManageWP is completely free in March and April of 2020.

You won’t be charged for these months. Not now. Not ever.

  • If you’re already using premium features, we’ll waive charges. You will see the March and April bills on your Billing page, but only for informational purposes. No charges will be made to your credit card.
  • If you add premium features in April, we’ll waive charges. You will be asked to provide your billing details and will see the monthly cost of premium features, but all charges will be waived at the end of the month.*

*The premium features will automatically renew and you will be charged for the services after the free period ends on April 30th. You will not be charged for the premium services if they are canceled prior to April 30th

Service and support

We worked hard for the past couple of weeks to make sure our entire team is 100% remote and fully set up for efficient and secure work, so you don’t experience any disruptions. There will be no change in support, service, or experience for you and or any of your sites. Our team will continue to make sure everything is running smoothly and work on the projects we already have in place.

We’ve taken the necessary steps to keep our employees safe so they’re available to help you 24/7, and we’ll continue to adapt as needed.

And that is not all.

As a part of the GoDaddy family from 2016, we are joined in a mission of minimizing the economic impact on our customers and ensuring our services and help are at your disposal 24/7.

The company is giving away free tools, resources, and guidance in order to help its customers to stay open during these tough times.

In the coming days and weeks, we’re rolling out additional content to further help you and your clients push through these challenging times and stay positive.

Stay safe. Stay healthy. Be kind. There is no better time to strengthen our bonds, to stand together (digitally) and help each other to weather this storm.

We are right here with you, every step of the way.
